Production Coordinator

We are looking for a Production Coordinator who will be the bridge between our global suppliers and our internal teams, ensuring that the pieces our community loves move seamlessly to production.

What You’ll Do

• Global Connectivity: You’ll be the daily point of contact for our partners in China and the US, ensuring the journey of our products to production.
• Problem Solver: Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring order statuses and proactively tackling any logistical hiccups before they become hurdles.
• Process Growth: Support and refine the operational workflows that allow Edikted to scale at light speed.

Who You Are

• 3-5 years experience with order management, preferably from the fashion industry.
• Detail-Obsessed: You notice the small things others miss. Accuracy is your middle name.
• Relentless Driver: You have the motivation to lead teams and push processes forward. You don't take your foot off the gas until successful delivery is achieved.
• Communication Pro: Your English (written and spoken) is top-tier. You can communicate clearly and effectively across different time zones and cultures.
• Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable with MS Office and consider yourself an Excel wizard (or you're ready to become one).
• Adaptable: You thrive in fast-moving environments and aren't afraid of a deadline.
