לאגף מערכות המידע שלנו בקיבוץ סאסא דרוש.ה ראש.ת צוות תשתיות מחשוב ואבטחת מידע, לתפקיד ניהולי ומקצועי המשלב הובלת צוות, אחריות על התשתיות הטכנולוגיות של הארגון והובלת תחום אבטחת המידע.

התפקיד כולל ניהול צוותי התשתיות, הסיסטם, אבטחת המידע והתמיכה, לצד הובלת פרויקטים רוחביים, קבלת החלטות טכנולוגיות ושותפות בבניית האסטרטגיה המקצועית של הארגון.

מיקום המשרה: קיבוץ סאסא, הגליל העליון.

תחומי אחריות

• ניהול והובלת צוותי תשתיות, סיסטם, אבטחת מידע ותמיכה במשתמשים.
• אחריות מקצועית על תשתיות המחשוב, התקשורת והסיסטם בארגון.
• הובלת תחום אבטחת המידע, לרבות יישום מדיניות, נהלים ודרישות רגולציה ותקינה.
• ניהול מערך ה־Help Desk ומעבדת המחשוב ומתן מענה לצורכי המשתמשים בארגון.
• הובלת פרויקטים טכנולוגיים רוחביים משלב האפיון והתכנון ועד להטמעה.
• תכנון ויישום פתרונות טכנולוגיים בהתאם לצרכים העסקיים והארגוניים.
• בחינת כלים ומערכות חדשות ובניית תכנית להתפתחות טכנולוגית.
• תעדוף משימות ופרויקטים, הקצאת משאבים ומעקב אחר ביצוע.
• פיתוח מקצועי, הכשרה וחניכה של חברי הצוות.
• מתן ייעוץ מקצועי וקבלת החלטות בתחומי האחריות.

דרישות התפקיד

• ניסיון של שלוש שנים לפחות בניהול עובדים – חובה.
• לפחות שלוש שנות ניסיון מעשי Hands-on בתחומי תשתיות, סיסטם, תקשורת או אבטחת מידע – חובה.
• ידע מעמיק במערכות תשתית ואבטחת מידע – חובה.
• ניסיון בניהול והובלת פרויקטים טכנולוגיים.
• ניסיון בהדרכה, חניכה ופיתוח מקצועי של עובדים.
• תואר ראשון או הסמכות מקצועיות רלוונטיות בתחומי רשתות, סיסטם ואבטחת מידע – יתרון משמעותי.
• יכולת קבלת החלטות, ראייה מערכתית וגמישות מחשבתית.
• תקשורת בין־אישית גבוהה, שירותיות ויכולת עבודה עם ממשקים רבים.
• אמינות, יושרה ודיסקרטיות.

Our Information Systems division, located at Kibbutz Sasa in the Upper Galilee, is looking for an IT Infrastructure & Information Security Team Leader for a managerial and professional role that combines team leadership, responsibility for the organization’s technology infrastructure, and leadership of the information security domain.

The role includes managing the infrastructure, system administration, information security, and IT support teams, while leading cross-organizational technology projects, making key technological decisions, and contributing to the organization’s professional and technological strategy.

Location: Kibbutz Sasa, Upper Galilee, Israel.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the IT infrastructure, system administration, information security, and user support teams.
• Take professional ownership of the organization’s IT infrastructure, communication networks, and system environments.
• Lead the information security domain, including implementation of policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and relevant standards.
• Manage the Help Desk and IT lab, ensuring effective support for users across the organization.
• Lead cross-organizational technology projects from requirements definition and planning through implementation.
• Plan and implement technology solutions aligned with business and organizational needs.
• Evaluate new technologies, tools, and systems and build plans for the organization’s technological development.
• Prioritize tasks and projects, allocate resources, and monitor execution.
• Support the professional development, training, and mentoring of team members.
• Provide professional guidance and make decisions within the team’s areas of responsibility.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience managing employees – required.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, networking, or information security – required.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and information security systems – required.
• Experience managing and leading technology projects.
• Experience training, mentoring, and professionally developing employees.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional certifications in networking, system administration, or information security – a significant advantage.
• Strong decision-making skills, a broad systems perspective, and the ability to adapt to changing requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a service-oriented approach, and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
• High level of integrity, reliability, and discretion.
