Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a service-oriented and responsible Customer Service Representative who is comfortable working in a dynamic, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responding to customer inquiries by phone and email
• Opening and documenting service tickets in the company’s system
• Investigating inquiries and gathering information for initial assessment
• Routing requests to the appropriate professional teams
• Following up on service requests through to resolution
• Providing professional, efficient, and high-quality customer service

Requirements:

• At least six months of experience in a customer service call center – required
• Strong customer-service orientation and the ability to handle complex conversations
• Strong investigative, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills
• Ability to work with multiple computer systems simultaneously
• Excellent interpersonal skills, responsibility, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position, Sunday–Thursday
• Working hours: 08:00–17:00
• Location: Petah Tikva
