A leading medical device company is seeking a Clinical & Sales Specialist for a nationwide field-based role, working with advanced medical technologies and systems in the field of emergency medicine.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with healthcare professionals and clinical teams in hospitals across Israel.
• Provide clinical training, guidance, and ongoing support on advanced medical devices and systems.
• Build strong professional relationships and strengthen collaboration with customers.
• Identify business opportunities and drive commercial processes in the field.
• Work with procurement teams, conduct negotiations, and manage sales processes through to closing.
• Initiate customer meetings and activities and follow up on ongoing processes and opportunities.

Requirements:

• Significant clinical background in emergency medicine – required.
• Paramedic, nurse, or other relevant clinical background.
• Familiarity with the hospital environment and experience working with healthcare professionals.
• Strong sales and commercial orientation, with the ability to drive processes forward.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to independently learn complex medical systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage stakeholders.
• Proactive, independent, responsible, and highly committed.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining effective collaboration, communication, and reporting.
• Willingness to travel nationwide and work flexible hours.
