BIM Manager

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the project management team to coordinate project geometry and multidisciplinary design.
• Utilize advanced BIM tools and software to perform coordination reviews, clash detection, and quality control across various building systems.
• Initiate optimization proposals and resolve coordination conflicts by establishing and leading coordination guidelines for the project team.
• Monitor and oversee the design coordination process, ensuring all coordination meeting decisions are implemented through to full coordination.

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture and/or Civil Engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in project planning or management using BIM methodology.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit – Required.
• Experience in infrastructure projects – Significant advantage.
• Experience with Autodesk Navisworks – Advantage.
• Experience with Autodesk BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) – Significant advantage.
• Strong technological aptitude with a passion for learning new tools and expanding technical knowledge.
• Self-motivated, proactive, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn independently.

Location:

The position is based at our headquarters in Bnei Brak, conveniently located approximately a 7-minute walk from Ben Gurion Light Rail Station.
