Project Management Officer

Calanit by ONE is Hiring an Information Systems PMO in the Shfela Region!

Responsibilities:

• Supporting and assisting Information Systems Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Building, managing, and maintaining project plans and schedules.
• Monitoring project execution against plans, identifying gaps, and escalating risks.
• Managing and tracking tasks, milestones, deliverables, and project objectives.
• Continuously monitoring regulatory decisions and assessing their impact on organizational activities.
• Coordinating, following up, and driving collaboration among internal and external stakeholders.
• Preparing reports, presentations, and executive-level deliverables.
• Working closely with both business and technology teams.
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, matrix-based environment.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a PMO role or in project planning and control within Information Systems and IT project management environments.
• Proven experience in the professional management of data and information systems projects.
• Experience in building multi-year work plans and tracking performance, tasks, milestones, and objectives.
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Experience tracking and managing project tasks, milestones, and goals.
• Experience in budget management and monitoring.
• Experience working in a matrix management structure.
• Experience in systems analysis and requirements definition.
• Experience defining interfaces and data sources.
• Experience in designing and analyzing business processes.
• Experience working with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks is an advantage.

Education Requirements

One of the following is required:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering & Management or Information Systems.
• OR a Bachelor's degree in Economics or Accounting, combined with at least 400 hours of training in systems analysis and management.
• OR a Computer Engineering/Technology Practical Engineer (Handasai) diploma.
• OR graduate of a recognized technological unit in the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF), such as Mamram, Unit 8200, Communications Corps, or equivalent technological units, subject to relevant certification.
