CRM Dynamics Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced CRM Dynamics Product Manager to lead the ongoing development and evolution of a strategic CRM product within a large and complex organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the CRM product roadmap and work plan.
• Identify and prioritize new modules, capabilities, and improvements based on business needs.
• Work closely with senior business stakeholders across the organization to gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements and specifications.
• Participate in hands-on Dynamics configuration, including fields, forms, workflows, dashboards, reports, and low-code automation.
• Support management of permissions, user profiles, licensing, and system usage.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field – mandatory.
• 5+ years of experience defining requirements for Dynamics CRM in a large organization.
• 3+ years of experience managing a CRM/Dynamics product.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Cloud.
• 2+ years of experience implementing Dynamics CRM.
