Build the software behind next-generation cellular networks. We’re looking for a driven PHY SW Engineer to join our R&D team and help develop advanced, carrier-grade 4G cellular communication solutions that push performance, reliability, and AI driven development forward.

• Design and build high-performance digital processing software for the baseband modem


• Optimize, debug, and root-cause complex real-time issues in carrier-grade systems


• Integrate, test, and bring up software modules all the way into the product


• Help shape software architecture for advanced cellular PHY solutions


• Apply agentic software development and LLM-based workflows

• 2+ years of hands-on software development experience with a strong focus on C++ and object-oriented design


• Excellent C++ skills and solid Python experience


• Hands-on experience with agentic software development and LLM-based workflows, with a basic understanding of AI internals and RAG


• Confidence working with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development practices

• Arm architecture experience


• AVX, Neon, or SIMD programming background


• Kubernetes experience


• MATLAB experience


• Knowledge of 4G/5G 3GPP standards or similar technologies


• Background in digital signal processing or wireless PHY layer technologies
