Project Management Officer

A leading enterprise is seeking an experienced Project Management Officer (PMO) to support, lead, and monitor complex IT and Information Systems projects.

Responsibilities:

Provide guidance and ongoing support to IT project managers.

Build, maintain, and monitor work plans, timelines, project milestones, and deliverables.

Track planned vs. actual execution, identify gaps, manage risks, and flag potential issues.

Monitor regulatory guidelines and decisions (e.g., Electricity Authority) and assess their operational impact.

Coordinate, follow up, and drive processes across various internal teams and key stakeholders.

Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and status updates for management regarding regulatory compliance and project progress.

Requirements:

At least 3 years of proven experience in IT project management or as an IT PMO.

Proven background in creating and tracking work plans, managing project budgets, and handling multiple projects simultaneously in a matrix environment.

Experience in system analysis, characterization of interfaces/data sources, and business process design.

Degree in Industrial Engineering & Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Economics/Accounting (with relevant systems analysis coursework) OR Practical Engineer (Computers/Technology) / Graduate of IDF technological units (Mamram, 8200, C4I, or equivalent).

Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and regulatory compliance requirements - a strong advantage.
