Role Description-

• Serving as an Algorithm Developer / Signal Processing Researcher, driving end-to-end research, design, and implementation of cutting-edge acoustic Beamforming and speech enhancement algorithms.
• Developing mathematical models and algorithmic solutions to tackle complex noise reduction, directional sound extraction, and speech isolation challenges in extreme acoustic environments.
• Modeling, simulating, and validating algorithms primarily using MATLAB and Python, followed by translation and optimization into C++ for production deployment and hardware integration.
• Conducting hands-on experiments, measurements, and acoustic validation using specialized laboratory test equipment and instrumentation.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with Embedded, Firmware, Hardware, and Product teams to ensure seamless algorithmic performance on resource-constrained devices.
• Analyzing real-world audio datasets, troubleshooting edge-case acoustic scenarios, and pushing the boundaries of acoustic signal processing.

Requirements-

• Master’s Degree (M.Sc.) or higher in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics – Mandatory
• 3+ years of practical, industry hands-on experience as an Algorithm Developer (post-academic industry experience) – Mandatory
• Deep, comprehensive foundation and practical expertise in Digital Signal Processing (DSP) – Mandatory (strong preference for Audio / Acoustic Signal Processing)
• Hands-on development proficiency with MATLAB, Python, and C++ – Mandatory
• Practical experience working in a laboratory environment with electronic / acoustic measurement and test equipment – Mandatory (audio lab equipment experience preferred)
• Exceptional analytical capabilities and advanced mathematical problem-solving skills – Mandatory
• Experience with Acoustic Beamforming, Array Processing, or Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) – Significant Advantage
• Background in Machine Learning / Deep Learning applied to audio or speech enhancement – Advantage
