Head of Product

A high-potential early-stage AI Security startup operating in stealth mode, backed and built within one of the world's most prominent cybersecurity venture creation groups.

The company is pioneering advanced defensive technologies to protect next-generation enterprise AI ecosystems, combining deep technical innovation with elite institutional resources and mentorship.

Operating with an intimate core team of 16 professionals, the organization offers a foundational opportunity to shape the product vision, market strategy, and engineering roadmap from the ground up.

The company is located in Tel Aviv adjacent to the train station and operates on a hybrid model with up to two days working from home.

Role Description-

• Serving as the company’s First Product Manager / Head of Product, reporting directly to the CEO and taking complete end-to-end ownership of the entire product function from scratch.
• Defining and driving the core Product Vision, Roadmap, and Go-to-Market Strategy for an innovative AI Security platform.
• Conducting in-depth market research, customer discovery, and competitive intelligence within the fast-evolving enterprise AI and cybersecurity landscape.
• Partnering closely with the founding team and R&D engineers to translate complex business needs and technical capabilities into clear, high-impact product specifications and user stories.
• Acting as a hands-on product leader, guiding execution across early design, rapid prototyping, feature prioritization, and initial customer deployments.
• Establishing foundational product processes, metrics, and customer feedback loops to support future company scaling (full product and architectural details will be shared throughout the interview process).

Requirements-

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Product Management – Mandatory
• Deep domain expertise and proven product experience in the Cybersecurity industry – Mandatory
• Proven background working in fast-paced Startup environments – Mandatory
• Demonstrated ability to operate as a hands-on, autonomous product builder (driving projects from initial ideation to launch) – Mandatory
• Familiarity with AI / ML technologies, LLMs, or AI security frameworks – Significant Advantage
• Experience working on early-stage products (0-to-1) or serving as a first product hire – Significant Advantage
• Strong strategic thinking combined with exceptional execution and technical communication skills – Mandatory
