Sourcing Manager

A leading cyber security company is looking for a Sourcing Manager! ✨

📍Tel-Aviv, hybrid

We’re looking for an experienced Sourcing professional to support IT, Engineering & R&D organizations and lead strategic sourcing initiatives in a global, fast-paced environment.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies across indirect procurement categories.

• Lead RFPs, supplier selection, contract and commercial negotiations.

• Manage SOWs, contract reviews, supplier onboarding and risk evaluation.

• Partner with internal stakeholders and suppliers to establish optimal commercial terms.

• Identify cost-saving opportunities through spend analysis and benchmarking.

🎯 Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Sourcing/Procurement.

• Experience with indirect sourcing categories.

• Experience supporting IT, Engineering and/or R&D – strong advantage.

• Proven experience with RFPs, contracts and commercial negotiations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain Management, Business or a related field – required.

• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel capabilities.

• Experience with Ariba Sourcing.

• Excellent English communication skills.
