Employment type: Full-time

Salary: ₪10,000 net per month, plus full social benefits

Working hours: Sunday–Thursday, 09:00–17:00, plus a shorter working day on Friday

We are looking for an organised, proactive Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our short-term rental apartments in Jerusalem. You will ensure that properties are well maintained, prepared for guest arrivals, and consistently meet our quality standards.

This is a hands-on role requiring strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage several priorities independently.

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple apartments.
• Coordinate cleaning schedules and ensure apartments are ready before guest arrivals.
• Conduct regular property inspections and quality checks.
• Arrange maintenance and repairs, following up until issues are resolved.
• Communicate with guests and respond promptly to operational concerns.
• Coordinate with cleaners, maintenance professionals, and other service providers.
• Monitor apartment supplies and arrange replenishment as needed.
• Keep accurate records of inspections, maintenance requests, and outstanding tasks.
• Work closely with the operations team to maintain a consistent guest experience.

• Strong organisational skills and reliable follow-through.
• A service-oriented approach and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to solve problems independently and remain calm under pressure.
• Attention to detail and a willingness to take ownership of property operations.
• Fluent Hebrew and the ability to communicate in English.
• Comfortable using digital tools for scheduling, communication, and recordkeeping.
• Availability to work the stated schedule in Jerusalem.
• Previous experience in property management, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage.
