Role Description-

• Serving as a Senior Backend Software Engineer, driving the design, architecture, and implementation of complex, high-throughput backend services powering direct-market trading workflows.
• Developing scalable, event-driven services and high-concurrency architectures primarily in Node.js.
• Architecting and maintaining distributed data storage solutions across both relational and non-relational databases, including SQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
• Designing and building resilient, low-latency REST and streaming APIs deployed on a modern cloud ecosystem on GCP.
• Gaining direct hands-on exposure to advanced infrastructure technologies, including Kafka, Kubernetes, Linux, and Kibana.
• Taking an active role in core architectural decisions, performance tuning, and scaling distributed systems serving thousands of active global investors in real time.

Requirements-

• 5+ years of proven hands-on experience in Backend software development – Mandatory
• Strong hands-on development expertise in Node.js, C#, or Java (with readiness to develop primarily in Node.js) – Mandatory
• Academic Degree (B.Sc.) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent technical field – Mandatory
• Hands-on experience working with relational and NoSQL databases (SQL, MongoDB, Redis) – Mandatory
• Practical background working within Cloud environments (GCP preferred) – Advantage
• Experience with message streaming platforms or distributed queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ) – Advantage
• Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes / Docker) and system observability tools – Advantage
