Role Description-

• Serving as a Senior Hardware Board Design Engineer within an intimate R&D team, driving end-to-end ownership of complex electronic boards and power systems across the entire product lifecycle.
• Leading electronic architecture, schematic capture, component selection, and BOM management for mixed-signal boards integrating Analog, Digital, and Power Electronics circuitry.
• Designing high-power stages, power conversion topologies, motion control subsystems, sensor interfaces, and industrial communication protocols.
• Collaborating closely with PCB Layout engineers, external fabrication/assembly vendors (PCB/PCBA), and component suppliers to ensure seamless manufacturing execution.
• Performing hands-on lab Board Bring-up, Hardware Debug, and Validation using high-end test instrumentation (oscilloscopes, power analyzers, electronic loads).
• Driving HW/FW integration in tight partnership with Embedded and Firmware engineering squads.
• Integrating DFM, DFT, thermal management, and EMI/EMC compliance requirements into board designs, conducting design reviews, and supporting production line ramp-up.

Requirements-

• B.Sc. or higher in Electrical Engineering – Mandatory
• 5–7+ years of proven experience in board-level hardware design (analog / digital / power) – Mandatory
• Extensive hands-on experience with embedded systems and HW/FW integration – Mandatory
• Hands-on proficiency with professional HW design toolchains (schematic capture, PCB design environments, circuit simulation, and verification tools) – Mandatory
• Practical experience using analysis and simulation tools for analog, power, and mixed-signal circuits – Mandatory
• Strong hands-on laboratory background in board bring-up, measurements, and hardware debugging (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, electronic loads, etc.) – Mandatory
• Hands-on experience with PCB manufacturing and assembly processes, including technical collaboration with external PCB/PCBA vendors – Mandatory
• Solid experience in Component Engineering: BOM management, second-sourcing/substitutes, and supply chain constraints – Mandatory
• Team player with strong interpersonal abilities and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English – Mandatory
