DevOps Engineer

The company develops an intelligent platform designed to assist software engineers and security professionals in detecting and remediating vulnerabilities across enterprise codebases.

Backed by prominent venture capital funding and led by experienced tech entrepreneurs, the organization operates with an agile, high-caliber core engineering team.

The company is located in the Central region and operates on-site from the offices.

Role Description-

• Serving as the company’s First DevOps Engineer / DevOps Tech Lead, reporting directly to the CTO and taking end-to-end ownership of the company’s entire cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and developer platforms from scratch.
• Architecting, deploying, and maintaining resilient, scalable multi-cloud production environments across AWS and GCP.
• Designing, provisioning, and operating enterprise-grade Kubernetes clusters and container orchestration workflows.
• Building modern, automated CI/CD deployment pipelines to streamline developer velocity, automated testing, and secure release workflows.
• Establishing infrastructure-as-code (IaC), security hardening, cost-optimization strategies, and system observability (monitoring, logging, alerting) from the ground up.
• Working side-by-side with the founding R&D team to shape engineering standards and support high-throughput AI model execution workloads.

Requirements-

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps engineering roles (strong preference for Tech Leads or proven "One-Man-Show" engineers) – Mandatory
• Proven background and experience working in fast-paced Startup environments – Mandatory
• Deep, hands-on expertise with Public Cloud platforms (working with AWS and GCP) – Mandatory
• Extensive hands-on experience architecting and managing Kubernetes in production – Mandatory
• Strong experience building CI/CD automation pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) – Mandatory
• Prior industry experience working in Cybersecurity companies – Significant Advantage
