Payroll Specialist

Wanted: Payroll Specialist for a Global E-commerce Technology company in Petah Tikva. This is a very rewarding full-time and Hybrid position.

The chosen candidate will play a pivotal role in driving end-to-end payroll operations for a high-growth tech enterprise, directly impacting over 600 local employees. Working alongside the Payroll Controller, this role offers high visibility and real operational influence within a fast-paced global scale-up environment. It is an exciting opportunity to leverage deep expertise in Israeli labor laws and systems while providing exceptional service across the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

● Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for 600+ employees in Israel under the direction of the Payroll Controller, ensuring full compliance with social benefits and tax requirements.

● Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding payroll procedures, including attendance reporting, deductions, reimbursements, and coordination with pension agents.

● Act as the primary point of contact for employee payroll inquiries, delivering responsive, high-touch support in both Hebrew and English while collaborating closely with HR and finance teams.

● Perform thorough monthly payroll report analyses and maintain precise, audit-ready data across all attendance and payroll systems.

Job Requirements:

● Certified Israeli Payroll Controller qualification - Must.

● 3-4+ years of proven experience processing payroll for mid-to-large companies (300-400+ employees) - Must.

● High proficiency in Hilan software - Must.

● Strong expertise in Israeli payroll regulations, labor laws, tax codes, and pension compliance.

● Excellent communication skills with written and verbal fluency in both Hebrew and English, alongside sharp attention to detail in a dynamic setting.
