Join ELTA Systems, a global leader in advanced radar and defense technologies, and take part in the development of multidisciplinary radar systems for detection and interception throughout the entire project lifecycle.

The role combines Systems Engineering, radar technologies, algorithm development, system requirements, testing and operational integration, with extensive collaboration across multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support multidisciplinary radar development projects throughout the full project lifecycle

• Participate in marketing activities, define technical requirements, and develop system specifications

• Define system algorithms and manage system requirements

• Lead and support the development and integration of complex radar systems

• Develop system test plans and lead technical system-level qualification activities and trials

• Support the integration of radar systems into operational environments and provide technical support to customers

• Lead matrix activities across Software, Signal Processing, Systems Engineering, and Intelligence/Analysis teams

• Work closely with Project Managers and multidisciplinary engineering teams across the organization

• Travel abroad as required

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Physics – mandatory

• 3+ years of experience in Systems Engineering – mandatory

• Experience in defining system requirements and writing system specifications

• Experience in the development, integration, or technical leadership of radar systems

• Experience in system-level and inter-system testing

• Experience in leading and analyzing trials and experiments of complex systems

• Experience in algorithm development – advantage

• Experience working with radar systems as a Project Officer / Project Engineer or Systems Engineer – advantage

• Specialization or experience in radar and signal processing – advantage

• Familiarity and experience with MMR radar systems – significant advantage

• Experience with MATLAB – advantage

• Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills, independence, and ability to work effectively in a team
