Role Description-

• Serving as a Senior Low-Level & Embedded Software Engineer, reporting to the Team Lead and taking core engineering ownership over the software layer bridging cutting-edge AI models with physical, real-time humanoid robotic execution.
• Developing production-grade, low-level robotic control software, real-time execution pipelines, and hardware abstraction layers primarily in Modern C++ (80%) alongside Python (20%).
• Architecting, writing, and optimizing high-performance code on Embedded Linux platforms, with deep emphasis on Memory Management, Concurrency, and Parallelism.
• Interfacing closely with multidisciplinary teams—including AI Researchers, Control Engineers, Perception Specialists, and Hardware teams—to translate high-level cognitive commands into safe, smooth, and dexterous mechanical actuation.
• Debugging, benchmarking, and resolving complex hardware-software integration challenges, timing constraints, and low-latency execution bottlenecks in production environments.

Requirements-

• Proven hands-on software development experience in C++ and C (5+ years) – Mandatory
• Deep, practical track record in Low-Level Software Engineering, Systems Programming, or Real-Time Computing – Mandatory
• Extensive hands-on background developing across Linux / Embedded Linux environments, including deep knowledge of Memory Management, Multi-threading, Concurrency, and Parallelism – Mandatory
• Practical programming experience in Python for tooling, automation, or integration scripting – Mandatory
• Strong analytical, debugging, and systems-level problem-solving capabilities – Mandatory
• Experience in Robotics (ROS/ROS2), Motion Control, Motor Drivers, or Actuator Communication Protocols (CAN, EtherCAT) – Significant Advantage
• Degree in Computer Science, Electrical / Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline – Advantage
