This role blends strategic media thinking with hands-on.

You’ll work closely with the performance marketing team to craft compelling visuals and narratives that resonate with audiences and elevate Yves Rocher’s presence across global markets.

Responsibilities

·    Creating performance-driven creative for paid social channels, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and YouTube.

·      Take part in the full creative lifecycle: ideation, briefing, asset production, testing, iteration, and performance review.

·      Work closely with internal teams and external partners (creative, media, production) to deliver high-quality campaign assets.

·      Help develop creative concepts, scripts, storyboards, and visual directions based on performance data and brand guidelines.

·      Contribute to structured testing frameworks and help maintain organized, repeatable creative work.

·      Analyze campaign results to identify strong creatives, messaging angles, audiences, and optimization opportunities.

·      Stay up to date on paid social trends, emerging formats, platform updates, audience behavior, and new AI-powered tools.

Requirements

·      1-2 years of experience in video editing and creative roles.

·      Proven editing skills and exprience working with creative editing tools.

·      Analytical mindset with strong Excel and reporting skills.

·      Creative intuition and strong storytelling skills.

·      Self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

·      Excellent English skills - written and spoken.
