We're Hiring | Senior System Integration & Test Engineer | Lod, Israel

Join the Conversion & Upgrade Plant within the Aviation Division and take part in integration and testing of complex Embedded Real-Time systems for advanced aerospace and defense platforms.

The role combines hands-on manual software testing, system and integration testing, requirements analysis, troubleshooting, and close collaboration with software, hardware, systems engineering, and test teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute manual software testing for complex Embedded Real-Time systems

• Perform integration, system, regression, functional, and performance testing

• Analyze system and software requirements and derive comprehensive test scenarios

• Write test plans, test specifications, test scenarios, execution reports, and test results documentation

• Identify, investigate, document, and manage software and system defects through resolution

• Work closely with Systems, Software, Hardware, and Test Engineers in a multidisciplinary environment

• Ensure compliance with quality standards, project milestones, schedules, and organizational methodologies

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Software Engineering / Computer Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering – mandatory

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in manual software testing – mandatory

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience testing Embedded Real-Time systems – mandatory

• Proven experience in integration and system testing in a multidisciplinary environment combining software and hardware – mandatory

• Experience in writing test documentation, test scenarios, and test reports – mandatory

• Experience in requirements analysis, test planning, troubleshooting, and defect investigation – mandatory

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong self-learning capabilities – mandatory

• Willingness to travel in Israel and abroad

• Experience with avionics or defense systems – advantage

• Familiarity with DevOps processes and CI/CD tools – advantage

• Experience with Python or scripting for test support, developing test utilities, and process optimization – advantage
