NPI & Hardware Engineering Technician

A leading high-tech company is looking for an Industrial Engineering or Electronics Practical Engineer to join its Hardware Development team.

The role connects Engineering, R&D, and Manufacturing, supporting products from the prototype stage through serial production.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and update Bills of Materials (BOMs), engineering data, and engineering changes through ECO/ECR processes
• Support prototype assembly and testing
• Work with ERP and PLM systems and Microsoft Excel
• Prepare work instructions and technical documentation
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing production support
• Collaborate with engineers, manufacturing teams, and suppliers

Requirements

• Practical Engineer diploma in Industrial Engineering and Management - an advantage
• Practical Engineer diploma in Electronics - relevant for the role
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or NPI environments - an advantage
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and the ability to read technical drawings
• Very good English
• Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to work across multiple interfaces

מה בתפקיד?

• ניהול ועדכון BOM, נתונים הנדסיים ושינויים (ECO/ECR).
• ליווי הרכבה ובדיקות של אבות־טיפוס.
• עבודה עם מערכות ERP / PLM ו־Excel.
• כתיבת הוראות עבודה ותיעוד טכני.
• איתור תקלות ותמיכה בייצור.
• עבודה מול מהנדסים, ייצור וספקים.

דרישות:

• הנדסאי/ת תעשייה וניהול – יתרון.
• ניסיון בסביבת ייצור / הנדסה / NPI – יתרון.
• שליטה טובה ב־Excel.
• הבנת תהליכי ייצור ויכולת קריאת שרטוטים.
• אנגלית טובה מאוד.
• סדר, דיוק ויכולת עבודה מול ממשקים רבים.
