We're looking for a Backend Engineer with a strong AI-driven development mindset and a solid frontend foundation to join our backend team and build production systems that power our platforms.

You'll design and implement end-to-end solutions, APIs, databases, orchestration, and cloud infrastructure; own features end-to-end and integrate third-party systems across our platforms.

This role suits an experienced engineer who wants to work with the latest technologies and take on increasingly complex architecture challenges, working alongside senior engineers on real delivery projects from day one.

•       3+ years building Java production backend services (monolith and microservices)

•       Understanding of software engineering principles and architecture basics

•       Experience with AI-driven development

•       Solid non-relational and relational database work — schema design, query performance, migrations

•       Experience with a message queue or streaming platform

•       Experience with cloud computing platforms

•       Experience with a containerized/Kubernetes environment and full CI/CD process

•       Familiarity with GenAI / LLM concepts

•       Experience with frontend development to build and modify React and NextJS features independently

•       Experience with Python (production-ready)

•       Experience with multi-agent systems, LLM-based frameworks and workflows

•       Experience with AWS services, such as AgentCore, ElastiCache, and EKS
