Automation Specialist (Freelance)

Elysian Softech, a software company specializing in AI and business automation solutions, is looking for an experienced Freelance Automation Specialist to join us on a project basis.

The engagement will begin with an initial project, with the potential for ongoing freelance work on an hourly or project-based basis, depending on our needs.

• Build, manage, and optimize automation workflows
• Create and maintain automations using Make
• Build lead generation and outreach automations in Apollo
• Create and manage LinkedIn automation processes
• Build customer journeys, workflows, and automations in HubSpot
• Connect marketing and sales systems and improve operational processes
• Troubleshoot existing automations and develop new automation solutions
• Support marketing and sales teams with scalable automated processes

• Strong hands-on experience with Make - required
• Proven experience with Apollo automations - required
• Experience with LinkedIn automation and outreach workflows - required
• Experience with HubSpot, including workflows, automations, and customer journeys
• Good understanding of lead generation, sales, and marketing processes
• Ability to work independently and solve technical challenges
• High availability and fast response time
• Marketing knowledge and experience - a strong advantage
