We are looking for an experienced Hardware Engineer to join our R&D team and take part in the development of advanced encoder systems and supporting technologies.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex multidisciplinary products, taking ownership of electronic board development from concept and design through testing, system integration, and product release.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, test, and integrate electronic boards for advanced encoder systems.
• Develop new boards and upgrade existing designs to meet evolving product and system requirements.
• Work across the full development lifecycle – from design and laboratory testing to system integration and production release.
• Consider electrical, mechanical, DFM and DFT aspects throughout the design process.
• Collaborate closely with R&D, manufacturing, mechanical engineering, systems, and other multidisciplinary teams.
• Analyze system requirements and translate them into effective hardware solutions.
• Identify opportunities for product and system improvements.
• Provide technical support to manufacturing for released products.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and ensure compliance with structured development processes.
• Mentor and support team members in areas of expertise.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in digital circuit development.
• Strong knowledge of electronic board design, PCB layout, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with structured and well-documented product development processes.
• Strong system-level thinking and ability to understand complex technical requirements.
• Self-motivated, hands-on, proactive, and highly capable of learning independently.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Good command of English.

• Experience in analog circuit development.
• Experience with OrCAD.
• Experience developing hardware for complex multidisciplinary systems.
• Experience working closely with manufacturing and production teams.
