Project Manager (Israel)

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer facing Project Manager, based in Ramat Gan, who will own the end-to-end delivery of customer projects, from kickoff through go-live. The Project Manager will act as the connective layer between CodSec's internal delivery teams (Development, DevOps, and Security Engineering) and the customer, ensuring that projects are scoped clearly, scheduled realistically, and delivered on time.

Responsibilities include:

• Owning end-to-end project activities across the full delivery lifecycle, coordinating internal teams (Dev, DevOps, and Security Engineers) alongside direct customer interfacing
• Scheduling and running project meetings (kickoffs, status syncs, steering committees) with both internal stakeholders and customers
• Producing clear meeting summaries and action items, and tracking them to closure
• Building and maintaining project Gantt charts, tracking milestones, dependencies, and critical path
• Ensuring projects stay on schedule and on scope, proactively flagging risks and delays to stakeholders
• Translating technical scope and constraints from internal teams into clear, non-technical updates for customers, and vice versa
• Maintaining project documentation: plans, status reports and milestone tracking
• Acting as the primary point of accountability for project outcomes and customer satisfaction throughout delivery

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to run meetings and produce clear, concise summaries for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams (Development, DevOps, Security/Engineering)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities simultaneously
• Comfortable working directly with customers, including expectation-setting, status reporting, and escalation management
• Familiarity with cybersecurity, SecOps, or SIEM/SOAR concepts is a strong advantage
• Experience as a Project Manager, ideally in a technical, SaaS, or cybersecurity environment - advantage
• Experience managing customer-facing projects end-to-end, from kickoff to delivery - advantage
