A leading financial organization is looking for an experienced Technological Lead to provide technical leadership and drive the development, integration, and ongoing enhancement of mission-critical financial systems.

This is a hands-on role combining strong technological expertise, end-to-end ownership, and close collaboration with business and technology stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide technological leadership and end-to-end ownership of mission-critical financial systems.
• Lead system enhancements, integrations, and technological initiatives.
• Drive the technical design and implementation of solutions based on business requirements.
• Lead API-based integrations and work with SQL and DWH environments.
• Investigate and resolve complex production issues and drive root cause analysis.
• Collaborate closely with development teams, business stakeholders, infrastructure teams, and external vendors.
• Drive continuous technological improvement, monitoring, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technological roles involving complex enterprise systems.
• Strong hands-on background in software development – mandatory.
• Experience leading technological projects and driving end-to-end technical solutions.
• Strong knowledge of API, JSON, SQL, and integration technologies.
• Experience with Systems Analysis and technical or functional specification documents.
• Proven experience troubleshooting complex production issues and supporting production environments.
• Strong ability to bridge business requirements and technological solutions.
• Experience with Investment, Trading, Capital Markets, or Core Financial Systems – a significant advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• Candidates must have a strong development background and hands-on technical experience.
• Experience limited to SAP, Dynamics, Digital, or Mainframe (MF) systems is not relevant.
