Generative Engine Optimization

Responsibilities

• Building and implementing business automations using Claude / Claude API.
• Designing AI-driven workflows to automate repetitive tasks and eliminate manual effort.
• Integrating Priority ERP with external systems, AI tools, CRMs, Google Workspace, marketing platforms, and other third-party software.
• Working with APIs, Webhooks, JSON, and REST APIs.
• Developing processes where Claude analyzes data from Priority and executes actions, decisions, or content generation based on defined business logic.
• Automating report generation, data analysis, information summarization, and system alerts.
• Building AI systems to manage customer, product, supplier, inventory, sales, and operational data.
• Creating automated content infrastructure optimized for SEO and GEO.
• Optimizing content to maximize visibility in search engines and AI-driven answer engines.
• Structuring knowledge bases and data architectures that allow AI models to fully understand the company, its products, and its services.
• Monitoring automation performance, troubleshooting errors, and driving continuous process optimization.
• Collaborating with management, marketing, sales, and operations teams to identify automation opportunities.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building AI automations (beyond basic chatbot usage).
• Significant experience with Claude / Claude API.
• Proven experience with Priority ERP — strong advantage for experience in development, API integration, customizations, or integrations.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, Webhooks, JSON, and HTTP protocols.
• Practical experience with automation platforms such as Make, n8n, or Zapier.
• Ability to connect multiple systems and construct end-to-end workflows.
• Strong background in SEO, with a focus on GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) / AI Search Optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to work with both structured and unstructured data to create automated workflows.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to break complex business processes into automatable steps.
• High capacity for self-directed learning and adapting to new technologies.
