Digital Learning Developer

A leading organization is looking for a Senior Digital Learning Developer / Instructional Designer to lead end-to-end learning and training processes.

The role includes analyzing organizational learning needs, developing advanced instructional solutions, writing learning scripts, creating self-paced digital learning modules, and implementing them in organizational learning management systems. The position involves close collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), managing training projects in a dynamic environment, and measuring learning effectiveness to continuously improve organizational performance.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of proven experience in learning development, instructional design, and leading end-to-end training processes – Mandatory
• Hands-on experience developing digital learning using Articulate Storyline, Rise, or equivalent tools – Mandatory
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with LMS platforms, such as Moodle or equivalent systems – Mandatory
• Academic degree in Learning Technologies, Education, Instructional Design, or a related field – a significant advantage
• Experience developing learning scripts, designing learning experiences, and working with Subject Matter Experts in large organizations
• Proven ability to present a portfolio showcasing complex digital learning products
• Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills
