Product Engineer

We're looking for a talented Product Engineer to join a dynamic and innovative team!

Responsibilities:

• Own and support products throughout their lifecycle, from New Product Introduction (NPI) to mass production and sustaining activities.
• Lead technical investigations and root cause analysis for product, manufacturing, and field issues.
• Drive engineering change implementation (ECO/ECR) and assess impacts across manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and operations.
• Collaborate closely with R&D teams to ensure successful product transfer to production.
• Provide engineering support to manufacturing and resolve complex technical challenges.
• Manage product documentation, configurations, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Lead validation and qualification activities related to product and process changes.
• Partner with Quality teams to improve product reliability, investigate non-conformances, and implement corrective actions.
• Work with suppliers and manufacturing partners to resolve technical issues and support product improvements.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction, yield improvement, and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, Biomedical, or related field).
• 5+ years of experience in Product Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Sustaining Engineering, or NPI.
• Strong understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes.
• Experience managing engineering changes and product configurations.
• Hands-on experience with SolidWorks.
• Experience working with PLM and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
• Excellent communication and technical documentation skills.
• Fluent English, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in medical devices or other regulated industries.
• Familiarity with design transfer and product industrialization processes.
• Knowledge of quality systems, CAPA, and risk management methodologies.
• Experience working with suppliers and contract manufacturers.
• Project management experience in cross-functional environments.
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies.
