Role Description The Marketing Manager role at Genpire is a full-time, on-site position based in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that position Genpire’s AI platform as a leader in the consumer goods and manufacturing space. Day-to-day tasks include planning and running integrated marketing campaigns, managing digital channels, overseeing content creation, and optimizing performance based on analytics. The Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with product, sales, and design teams to craft compelling messaging, support go-to-market initiatives, and improve brand awareness and demand generation. The role also involves market research, monitoring competitive landscapes, and continuously refining Genpire’s marketing approach to reach target audiences effectively.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and brand positioning for technology or SaaS products.
• Strong digital marketing skills, including performance marketing, social media management, SEO/SEM, and marketing analytics.
• Ability to develop and manage content across channels (web, email, social, events), with clear and compelling written communication.
• Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, analytics dashboards, A/B testing tools).
• Experience in market research, customer segmentation, and data-driven decision-making.
• Proven project management skills, with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage.
• Background in AI, consumer goods, or manufacturing industries is beneficial, along with interest in innovative product workflows.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Professional proficiency in English; additional languages are an asset for global marketing efforts.
