Showroom & Sales Coordinator

Vitrea, a leading Israeli company specializing in the development, manufacturing, and marketing of premium smart home systems, is looking for a service-oriented, energetic, and highly organized Showroom & Sales Coordinator to join our team in Herzliya Pituach.

What will you be doing?

• Welcoming clients, architects, and designers and hosting visitors at the showroom

• Managing the day-to-day organization, appearance, and operations of the showroom

• Providing ongoing administrative support to the sales team

• Handling incoming leads and inquiries and directing them to the relevant sales team members

• Supporting the sales team with projects and ongoing tasks

• Assisting with events and marketing activities hosted at the showroom

• Working closely with internal teams across the company

• Working with CRM systems and other digital tools

Requirements

• Previous experience in administration, customer service, office coordination, or a similar role – required

• Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills

• Experience working directly with clients or customers

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Professional, polished, and highly communicative

• Full proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Experience working with CRM systems – an advantage

• Interest in design, technology, or smart home solutions – an advantage

• Good English – required
