COMBLACK is hiring a BI Development & Services Section Manager for a leading financial organization in the Central District!

Role Overview: Managing a BI section comprising 3 teams, leading cross-organizational Data projects, managing budgets and resource allocation, and driving innovation across BI, DWH, and AI domains.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in BI, Data, and enterprise information solutions – Mandatory
• 5+ years of experience managing development teams and team leads in a matrix structure – Mandatory
• Experience leading complex technological projects and implementing cross-organizational solutions – Mandatory
• Experience defining technological solutions and leading them from business requirement definition through full implementation – Mandatory
• Experience managing work plans, budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation – Mandatory
• Experience in large-scale enterprises with extensive and complex Data operations – Significant Advantage
