Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring an Infrastructure DBA for an organization in the Shfela area

Responsibilities

Lead database and Data Architecture activities across On-Prem, Cloud, and hybrid environments

Design, deploy, operate, maintain, and optimize critical databases

Ensure High Availability, Disaster Recovery, security, and access management

Manage IaaS and PaaS databases and migrations between On-Prem and Cloud

Monitor database environments and provide cost optimization recommendations

Drive infrastructure automation and preventive maintenance

Requirements

4+ years of hands-on experience as an Infrastructure DBA in critical production environments

2+ years of database management experience in AWS and/or GCP

Experience with On-Prem and hybrid database architecture, deployment, maintenance, and migrations

Strong experience with relational databases, High Availability, and HA/DR technologies

Experience with database security, permissions, monitoring, and access controls

Experience with infrastructure automation and scripting using Bash, PowerShell, or Python

Knowledge of operating systems, storage, and networking concepts
