Senior Finance Associate, Awz Infrastructure

Role Overview

The Senior Finance Associate will participate in financial analysis, planning, and management across Awz Infrastructure's project portfolio. The role covers budgeting and forecasting, building and maintaining project-level and consolidated financial models across data center, semiconductor fabrication, and advanced-component projects, and supporting capital raising across the group's investment vehicles. Working directly with the CFO, engineering leadership, and external capital providers, the Senior Finance Associate will assist in establishing the financial infrastructure systems, controls, and reporting required to scale a multi-project, multi-billion-dollar development platform.

Key Responsibilities

· Support the preparation of investment analysis, financial models, and feasibility studies across the diversified portfolio.

· Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.

· Model data center unit economics, including cost per MW, power and cooling assumptions, energy procurement and PPA structures, capacity lease and colocation revenue, and utilization ramp scenarios.

· Work closely with engineering teams to provide financial insights and updates.

· Build capex and phasing models for semiconductor fabrication and advanced-component facilities,

covering long-lead equipment procurement, cleanroom buildout, yield and throughput ramp, and

capacity utilization sensitivities.

· Assist in due diligence and documentation for financing transactions, grants, or subsidies, including

national semiconductor and digital-infrastructure incentive programs and comparable sovereign

support schemes.

· Support the structuring and execution of project finance, debt, and equity transactions, including

lender and investor negotiations.

· Evaluate offtake, anchor-tenant, and capacity contracts, and assess their impact on project bankability

and financing structure.

· Prepare periodic management and investor reports.

· Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with reporting

standards.

· Establish financial systems, reporting frameworks, and internal controls for multi-project operations.

· Drive cost optimization and financial risk management across all projects.

Qualifications

· 4+ years of experience in infrastructure finance, investment banking, FP&A, or private equity.

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or economics.

· Expertise in large-scale financial modeling and infrastructure valuation.

· Experience working with institutional investors or managing external financing relationships.

· Demonstrated experience executing project finance or structured debt transactions in energy, real real

estate, data centers, semiconductor or advanced-manufacturing facilities, or other digital

infrastructure.

· Advanced Excel capabilities.

· Strategic thinker with strong commercial judgment and operational pragmatism.

· Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.

· Bilingual in Hebrew and English preferred.
