Head of Development

We are hiring: Backend Chapter Lead for a leading financial organization!

Role Overview: Professional leadership of the Backend domain at the organizational level, impacting dozens of developers across multiple teams. The role includes leading architecture and technological standards, driving Engineering Excellence, spearheading cross-organizational initiatives, and providing hands-on professional mentoring.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in software and Backend systems development – Mandatory
• High-level expertise in Java, Spring, and Spring Boot
• Experience in cross-functional professional leadership across multiple development teams
• Experience with Microservices and Distributed Systems
• Significant experience with AWS
• Experience with Kafka, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong capabilities in Architecture, Mentoring, and technological leadership

Advantages:

• Experience in Fintech / Banking / Payments
• Experience with OpenShift
• Familiarity with AI-Assisted Development
