Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring an Information Security Expert for a leading organization in the Gush Dan area

Responsibilities

Lead information security end to end across the organization

Present the current security posture to management and drive management engagement

Provide professional reporting to the Information Protection Unit at general management level

Work with ISO 27001, ISO 27799, DPO, CISO, privacy protection regulations, and Ministry of Health directives

Conduct risk assessments and gap analyses

Build security strategy and annual and multi-year work plans

Manage information security incidents and corrective controls

Implement security policies and procedures and lead regulatory compliance

Map organizational assets and infrastructure

Manage supply chain and vendor risks, including cloud services

Lead employee security awareness and training

Adapt the business continuity plan to cyber incident scenarios

Requirements

Proven hands-on experience supporting end-to-end information security projects and providing professional guidance

Experience in regulated environments, including security standards, policies, and procedures

Strong analytical skills, system-wide perspective, and independent learning abilities

Strong knowledge of international information security standards, particularly ISO 27001 and ISO 27799

Professional information security training and certifications – mandatory, including at least one of the following: CISO, DPO, or ISO Auditor
