Senior Technical Implementation & Solutions Engineer

One of our clients, a fast-growing technology company developing AI-powered solutions for enterprise organizations, is looking to hire a Senior Technical Implementation & Solutions Engineer.

The company develops an AI-based platform that helps enterprise customers automate and improve business processes through intelligent agents, applications, and workflows integrated with existing organizational systems.

This is a highly customer-facing, hands-on role with end-to-end ownership of complex implementations — from discovery and solution design through configuration, integrations, development, and production launch.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise customer implementations from kickoff through go-live.
• Translate business and technical requirements into practical solution designs.
• Build and configure AI-powered workflows, applications, automations, and integrations.
• Work hands-on with APIs, data flows, enterprise systems, and code.
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, stakeholders, UAT, and go-live.
• Work directly with both technical teams and senior business stakeholders.
• Measure business outcomes and identify additional customer use cases.
• Collaborate closely with Product, R&D, Customer Success, and the founders.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in technical implementation, Solution Engineering, Professional Services, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
• Proven ownership of complex B2B SaaS or enterprise software implementations.
• Hands-on software development experience with at least one modern programming language.
• Strong experience with APIs, integrations, configurations, and data flows.
• Ability to both design and personally implement technical solutions.
• Excellent customer-facing, project ownership, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced startup environment.

Advantages: Experience with ERP/CRM systems such as SAP, Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or NetSuite; previous software engineering experience; and experience with AI, GenAI, LLMs, or automation platforms.

The role is approximately 90% post-sales / 10% pre-sales, with around 30% hands-on development.

Company location: Tel Aviv. Hybrid model – 4 days from the office, Wednesday from home.
