🚀 Founding Low-Level / Systems Engineer | AI x Endpoint Security | Stealth Startup

We're looking for a truly outstanding Low-Level / Systems Engineer to join the founding team of a stealth cybersecurity startup building a new category of endpoint security.

This opportunity is intended for top-tier engineers with deep systems experience who enjoy working close to the operating system, solving hard platform problems, and building production software that runs directly on end-user devices.

As one of the first engineers, you'll have end-to-end ownership over core parts of the endpoint agent and direct influence over architecture, technical decisions, engineering culture, and product direction from day one.

The company is building an AI-native security platform focused on Insider Threat, AI tools, agents, and sensitive data movement inside organizations. A core part of the technology runs directly on employee devices, enabling real-time detection and response while maintaining low latency, strong performance, privacy, and a seamless user experience.

The team is already working with large global enterprises, including Fortune 500 companies, and is backed by leading venture capital firms following a significant Seed round.

We're looking for engineers who:

• Have strong experience in C++, Rust and/or Go.

• Have deep knowledge of Windows, macOS or Linux internals.

• Have built production endpoint agents, sensors, security products, monitoring software, or other systems running directly on hosts/devices.

• Are experienced with low-level debugging, performance optimization, multithreading, concurrency, IPC, networking, file systems, or similar systems challenges.

• Take ownership from idea and design through implementation, debugging, deployment, and production.

• Thrive in early-stage environments and want to influence architecture and product, not just implement predefined tasks.

• Previous experience in Endpoint Security, EDR, EPP, system monitoring, or similar environments is a strong advantage.

• Previous founding engineer or technical leadership experience is an advantage.
