Product Marketing Manager | Early-Stage B2B Startup

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join an early-stage B2B startup selling a complex technology product to large enterprise organizations.

This is a hands-on role with significant ownership, working closely with the founder across Product Marketing, Content, Sales Enablement, and ABM.

You’ll help turn a complex product into a simple, clear story that resonates with different stakeholders throughout long enterprise sales cycles.

What you’ll do

• Own product positioning, messaging, and value propositions
• Simplify a complex technical product into clear, compelling content
• Create sales enablement materials for long, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales processes
• Support ABM initiatives and develop tailored content for strategic accounts
• Build customer-facing assets, presentations, case studies, and thought leadership content
• Work closely with the founder, Sales, and Product from strategy through execution

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years of relevant marketing experience, including Product Marketing
• Experience in a B2B technology company or startup
• Experience working with enterprise customers and complex sales cycles
• Strong content, messaging, and storytelling skills
• Hands-on, independent, and comfortable taking full ownership
• Experience with ABM or sales enablement is a strong advantage
• Portuguese is a strong advantage

This is not a Growth or Performance Marketing role.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys understanding a complex product and market deeply, shaping the story around it, and creating the content and tools that help enterprise deals move forward.
