Technical Field Representative

abra is seeking for an Technical Field Representative

This role requires Troubleshooting and resolving mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues,

Providing real-time technical support to customers and at installation sites,

Documenting faults, solutions, and recommendations for improvement, Working closely with R&D, Production, and Engineering teams,

Training customers and maintenance personnel, Participating in the installation, maintenance, and upgrading of the company’s systems,

Frequent travel in Israel and abroad, according to project requirements.

Full-time position, Sunday–Thursday, based in Ness Ziona.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and maintaining complex technical systems – required.
• Hands-on experience working with mechanical, electrical, electronic, or integrated systems – required.
• Proven experience working in the field with customers – required.
• Knowledge of motors, sensors, motion systems, and control systems.
• Very good English skills, including technical communication with customers and partners abroad – required.
