The Opportunity

L. Raphael is looking for Reservations Agents to join our team in Israel and be the first point of contact for our guests.

You will answer incoming calls, take and manage reservations, and provide a warm, professional service aligned with the L. Raphael standard. This is an office-based role covering daytime and some roles are covering early evening hours.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls in a professional, courteous and brand-aligned manner
• Take, amend, confirm and cancel reservations
• Provide guests with information on treatments, availability, pricing and services
• Accurately update the reservation system
• Handle guest enquiries, requests and follow-ups
• Coordinate with the spa and operations teams when needed
• Meet call-handling and reservation targets
• Represent L. Raphael with elegance and care at every contact
  
  

• Excellent communication and guest service skills
• Clear spoken English (additional languages an advantage)
• Comfortable in a busy reservations environment
  
  

• Fluent English and Hebrew (mandatory)
