Junior Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced, highly organized Junior Project Manager to lead customer-facing projects from kickoff through successful delivery.

This role combines project ownership, customer management, operational execution, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously while serving as a trusted point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage projects end-to-end, from kickoff through implementation and successful delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Coordinate multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high level of execution.
• Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely project delivery.
• Proactively identify risks, delays, and issues and drive them to resolution.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with customers regarding project status, next steps, and expectations.
• Ensure a high-quality customer experience throughout the entire project.
• Track progress and ensure commitments, deadlines, and customer expectations are met.

Requirements

· 3-5 years of experience in project management, including direct experience managing projects with U.S.-based customers.

· Strong customer-facing and relationship-management skills.

· Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, customers, and priorities simultaneously.

· High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.

· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and make decisions.

· Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and functions.

· Technical orientation and the ability to quickly understand new systems, products, and processes.

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field - nice to have.
