Salesforce Developer

A leading organization is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join the R&D team and lead key technological initiatives across the organization. The role includes designing, developing, and expanding custom applications on the Force.com platform, implementing complex integrations, conducting testing, and managing changes in an agile and dynamic environment.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience developing on the Force.com platform (Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Metadata APIs) – Required
• Hands-on experience working with AI development tools (such as Claude Code, Cursor, Agentforce, automated testing tools, or equivalent) – Required
• Excellent knowledge of Front-End technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) – Required
• Experience designing and developing applications in SOA and Web Services environments –

Required

• At least 3 years of experience in application design and development – Required
• Experience with data migration and working with ETL tools or integrations – Advantage
• Basic knowledge of databases and data modeling (SQL, NoSQL, Schema Design) – Advantage
