Role Description The Owner role at Raphael Group is a full-time, on-site position located in Ibadan, responsible for overall business leadership and performance. Day-to-day tasks include setting strategic priorities, overseeing operations, managing finances and budgets, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. The role involves supervising staff, coordinating with suppliers and partners, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The Owner will also monitor market trends, identify growth opportunities, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. This position requires hands-on involvement in decision-making, problem-solving, and continuous improvement across all areas of the business.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in business ownership, entrepreneurship, or senior management with responsibility for strategy and operations.
• Strong skills in financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and basic accounting practices.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams, manage performance, and foster a respectful, inclusive workplace culture.
• Proficiency in customer relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder communication.
• Solid organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize, delegate, and meet deadlines.
• Comfort using basic digital tools (email, spreadsheets, business software) to manage operations and reporting.
• Relevant academic background in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of the local business environment in Ibadan and ability to build networks within the community is an advantage.
