Role Overview

Two things, one person. You keep qbiq's internal IT running - devices, accounts, access, day-to-day support - and you run the process behind our customer security questionnaires, the RFP and due-diligence requests that land on us constantly as we sell into enterprise real estate.

The second half is why this role exists. You will not be expected to write security policy or design controls; you will be expected to know where every answer lives, keep it current, chase the right engineer for the one answer that is missing, and turn responses around fast. Done well, this removes a recurring tax on engineering and unblocks deals.

You will sit with the technology team in Tel Aviv and report to the CPTO.

What You'll Do

IT operations

• First- and second-line support for employees: hardware, software, accounts, network, meeting rooms.
• Onboarding and offboarding: devices, accounts, access rights, security tooling.
• Own IT inventory and assets - laptops, peripherals, licenses, SaaS subscriptions and renewals.
• Keep internal IT documentation current: runbooks, how-to guides, policies.
• Run recurring routines: access reviews, backup checks, patching coordination, vendor follow-up.
• Help enforce IT and security policy in practice - MFA, password management, device encryption.
• Escalate anything complex to senior engineers or external vendors, and track it to closure.

Security questionnaires and compliance support

• Run the response process for customer and partner security questionnaires, RFPs and due-diligence requests end to end: intake, drafting, internal review, submission.
• Build and maintain a central answer library of standard security responses, controls, policies and certifications.
• Pull the technical detail you need from engineering, product, security, legal and sales and know when an answer needs a real expert rather than a copy-paste.
• Track deadlines and keep responses consistent, accurate and on time.
• Collect and organize audit and certification evidence: policy documents, configuration exports, screenshots.
• Flag recurring gaps and propose practical fixes to process and documentation.

Must-have:

• 2 years in IT support, IT operations, or a junior security/compliance role.
• Working knowledge of Windows and macOS; basic Linux is a plus.
• Comfortable administering SaaS and cloud consoles: Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, Slack, AWS, Claude.
• Basic networking: DNS, VPN, Wi-Fi, firewalls.
• Core security practices: MFA, least privilege, device encryption, backups.
• Fluent Hebrew and English, written and spoken.
• Genuinely organized. This role is many small parallel commitments with hard deadlines; nothing can be dropped quietly.
• Comfortable in spreadsheets, docs and task trackers such as Jira and Confluence.
• You're AI-native: you already use AI tools to move faster, you've built something real with them and you know when to verify the output before trusting it.
• Experience supporting conference room AV and video conferencing systems.

Nice-to-have:

• Exposure to SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR or NIST.
• Experience answering security questionnaires or supporting an audit.
• Scripting or automation: PowerShell, Bash, Python, or no-code tooling.
• Familiarity with AWS.
