Electrical EngineerIT & ISystems Manager

NIRLAT is looking for an experienced IT & Information Systems Manager to lead our information systems and technology operations and drive digital transformation across the organization.

This is a key leadership role with responsibility for the organization’s IT infrastructure, information security, core business systems, technological innovation, and a professional IT team.

• Lead and manage the Information Systems department and IT teams, including Infrastructure, System, Help Desk, Communications, and Information Security.
• Develop and execute the organization’s IT and Information Systems strategy in alignment with business goals.
• Lead cross-organizational technology projects and strategic initiatives.
• Lead the implementation and optimization of Priority ERP, adapting the system to organizational needs and business processes.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, servers, communications, backups, and business continuity.
• Manage information security, access permissions, and cybersecurity risks.
• Manage external vendors, service providers, and technology partners.
• Manage the department’s budget and resources.
• Provide professional IT support and solutions to end users and management.
• Work closely with senior leadership to identify business needs and translate them into effective technological solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Information Systems / IT.
• 3–5 years of experience managing IT teams.
• Proven experience managing Information Systems in a medium-sized or large organization (250+ employees).
• Strong experience in IT infrastructure, systems, communications, and information security.
• Proven experience leading complex IT projects.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Experience managing vendors and budgets.
• High level of Hebrew and English.

• Experience in an industrial or manufacturing organization.
• Experience implementing Priority ERP.
• Experience with MES, WMS, or manufacturing floor systems.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure, VMware, and Active Directory.
• Experience managing information security in accordance with standards such as ISO 27001.
• Experience leading digital transformation initiatives.
