Packaging Development Unit Manager

• Location: Corporate HQ, Petah Tikva
• Reporting to: R&D and Projects Department Manager
• Direct Reports: Packaging Development Specialist
• Contract Type: Executive / Personal Contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional and managerial leadership for all packaging development activities, including driving innovation and operational efficiency strategies.
• Manage the relationship with the production department; coordinate packaging changes, design, and production across product categories.
• Lead the resolution of manufacturing and quality issues across company sites, offering professional guidance to relevant interfaces.
• Ensure proper documentation of packaging specifications, product files, and the packaging archive.
• Lead and streamline cross-functional interfaces (Marketing, Designers, Suppliers, Plants, Procurement, QA) and consolidate all packaging-related services.
• Oversee packaging supplier qualification and manage strategic vendor relationships.
• Build, lead, and implement efficiency programs across organizational units.
• Drive technological solutions and innovation initiatives with strategic vendors.
