What is the job:

We are looking for a self-driven engineer who is passionate about programming, problem solving, continuous learning, and effectively collaborating within a team. Curiosity, critical thinking, and the ability to combine human judgment with AI-assisted development workflows are key to success in this role.

The C/C++ Software Engineer will join our team developing advanced proxy, load balancing, and application delivery technologies, with a strong focus on application-layer protocols, security, performance, and scalability.

What will you do?

In this role, you will leverage both your engineering expertise and modern AI-powered development tools to design, implement, and optimize high-performance networking solutions. You will work closely with experienced engineers to solve complex technical challenges, accelerate development through intelligent automation, and deliver robust, production-grade software.

What you need:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2-5 years of experience developing software in C/C++.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles, software architecture, and modern development best practices.
• Experience developing on Linux-based environments.
• Good understanding of HTTP and web application protocols.
• Solid background in TCP/IP networking fundamentals.
• Experience using modern engineering productivity tools, including AI-assisted design, coding, testing, debugging, and code review solutions.
• Ability to evaluate AI-generated code critically and ensure correctness, security, maintainability, and performance.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  
  

Ability to support the following:

• Knowledge of operating system internals, memory management, and performance optimization.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies and CI/CD practices.
• Familiarity with TLS, cryptography, and application security principles.
• Experience building or maintaining high-performance networking, proxy, or load-balancing systems.
• Experience incorporating AI into the software development lifecycle, including:
• AI-assisted development workflows
• Automated testing and code generation
• Intelligent observability and troubleshooting
• AI-driven developer productivity tools
• Demonstrated passion for continuous learning and adapting to emerging technologies, including AI-powered engineering practices.
