Senior Compliance Product Manager

GTH Software develops advanced online gaming platforms and solutions for the global gaming industry. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Senior Compliance Product Manager to help ensure our platform meets regulatory requirements across multiple markets while supporting a seamless user experience.

Role Summary

The Senior Compliance Product Manager will be responsible for defining and managing compliance-driven product requirements across GTH Software’s gaming platform. This role requires close collaboration with Product, R&D, QA, Legal, and regulatory stakeholders to ensure the platform remains compliant with evolving regulations and responsible gaming standards.

What You Will Do

• Define and manage compliance-related product requirements, KPIs, and priorities.
• Translate regulatory requirements into clear action items.
• Work closely with Product, R&D, QA, Legal, and other teams to deliver compliant platform features.
• Lead initiatives related to responsible gaming, player protection, regulatory reporting, and market-specific compliance.
• Monitor regulatory changes across relevant jurisdictions and assess their impact on the product.
• Prepare and maintain compliance documentation, requirements, and implementation status updates.
• Present compliance solutions and progress to senior management and key stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

• Around 7 years of Product Management experience, preferably in B2C, B2B2C, platform, gaming, fintech, or other regulated industries.
• Strong experience translating regulatory or compliance requirements into product features.
• Understanding of responsible gaming, player protection, and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage complex initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and ownership.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
